We are looking for an outstanding Project Manager responsible for delivering, coordinating, managing, and supporting ORCHESTRATE implementations. The Project Manager takes ownership and responsibility for project planning and execution and client success on project tasks throughout the assigned duration. This role specializes in managing day-to-day tasks for development, implementation, deployment, system configurations, and testing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are best achieved by:

- Plan and execute project deployments of ORCHESTRATE.
- Manage the team task board daily with a focus on resolving near-term issues.
- Engage regularly with Product team to scope, deploy, test, and validate and align with product roadmap.
- Own the execution of the sprint plan by facilitating standing meetings with the development team.
- Maintain current project documentation.
- Be an ambassador for ORCHESTRATE culture by ensuring the workplace maintains a positive, high-performance attitude.
- Provide thoughtful recommendations for continuous team improvement. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

- Overall, 3 to 5 Years of work experience.
- At least 2 Years of Project Management experience.
- Must have Project Management Certifications (Any).
- Must have experience on Smartsheets or similar project management tool.
- Actively participate in all calls.
- Availability to overlap US Eastern morning time until noon.
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Ability to explain complex situations in simple terms and adapt your tone for different stakeholders, business, and IT
- Utilize empathy, active listening skills, and a unique ability to uncover customer needs and ensure their satisfaction

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Industry knowledge: Pharmaceutical marketing, Omnichannel marketing, Digital marketing.
- Technical knowledge: Project management, Agile, Integration, Microsoft development stack, Strong competence in Microsoft Office Suite, Power user in any Project Management tool.

EDUCATION:

- Any computer graduates
