**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to understand and document requirements from stakeholders.
- Utilize technical skills to write SQL queries, interpret data, and generate insightful reports to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of requirements and smooth project execution.
- Analyze complex business problems, propose effective solutions, and provide recommendations to improve business processes and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation within existing processes and systems.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical environment.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries and manipulating data for analysis purposes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborating effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
