**Responsibilities**:
The person hired for the Learning Operation Service Coordinator exhibits demonstrated expertise in all aspects of Human Resources support by performing a wide variety of specialized duties. Applies highly developed analytical and coordination skills to perform tasks and activities. Functions as a key HR resource to client organizations/plants and regularly provides guidance on established policies and procedures. Manages unique situations and proposes client solutions through influence, as well as interpretation of HR policy and practices. Has extensive knowledge of assigned business/location with a comprehensive understanding of the overall health of the organization.
- Position of Learning Administration Coordinator is based in a broader HTR team in a Global Shared Service Center. This position is focusing on activities connected to learning administration.
- Cooperation with Learning and Training Team in 3M as a part of a global team
- Delivering answers and solutions to 3M employees through ticketing system and withing agreed SLA
- Process Delivery according to established work instructions:

- Training content upload to the learning system
- Config of the learning page
- Config of the trainer delivered training
- Learning data upload and schedule coordination
- Report generation
- Analyzing the requests, trends observation and reporting them to the supervisor

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university and/or 3 years of work experience
- Fully bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university and/or 3 years of work experience
- Knowledge of HR Policies & Procedures
- Experience working with HR colleagues involving a variety of HR initiatives
- Knowledge of learning systems/platforms preferred
- Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking and organization skills
- Ability to manage in a virtual working environment, fully utilizing technology and communication tools
- Ability to understand client needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships at all levels
