The AML Regulatory Reporting IT QA Analyst, is an entry level role responsible for supporting the automation of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory reports. The Analyst works in coordination with both Regional and in-country AML Teams, along with technology partners and other business functions. The Analyst prepares and executes appropriate UAT scripts to ensure alignment among the Regulatory, Business and Technological Requirements within the established deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the whole Development Cycle (Business Requirements Documents, Development, UAT, Production Rollout, Sanity Checks).
- UAT preparation and execution, including the creation of test scripts, test execution, log/track and retest defects and/or change requests in a timely manner, meeting the defined expectations.
- Elaborate and document Procedures, User’s Manual, Handover’s and other related documents.
- Interact with key stakeholders to ensure the activities meet Regulatory and Business expectations.
- Interact with stakeholders through Zoom, Teams and Outlook in both English and Spanish.
- Appropriately assess risks when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation.
- Evaluate & Support system/procedure change process from requirements through implementation.
- Exchange ideas and information in a concise and logical way; recognizes audience diversity.
- Provides evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
- Provides accurate progress status as requested by the Business Contact and stakeholders in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years’ experience in Business Analysis or Systems Analysis
- Basic level experience in an IT testing role
- High proficiency with Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, and Access
- Intermediate/advanced English
- Able to write Business Requirements and Test Scripts with strong details
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently with low supervision
- Ability to quickly take on new tasks and complete it within deadline
- Experience in a Financial Institution within AML preferred
