Amentum is looking for a Predictive Maintenance Technician IV Role to join our Operations Team.

The Predictive Maintenance Technician is a position that will support the site, perform Predictive Maintenance inspections, analysis, and data collection of the different technologies of the Reliability Program. This position requires a high technical level, customer service and communication skills.

**Essential Responsibilities**:
Perform Predictive Maintenance inspections and data collection of the different technologies of to the program.
Generate database and reports of the different technologies of the program.
Plans, schedules, coordinates, and assign labor according to the requirements of the program.
Supports daily and monthly report preparation.
Perform all other position and program related duties as assigned or requested.
Attend department meetings and present KPIs.
Document and create Work Orders (CMs) on Maximo related with the findings.
Daily and look ahead Maximo WO assigned follow up.
Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) closing procedure.
Perform and attend weekly meetings of the department.
Support different activities or assignments form the different departments of Back of the House (BOH).
Plans, schedules, coordinates, equipment inspection and rotation with the coordinators of the different departments.
Support technical emergency needs in case of possible ITPs, ITSs related to the site operations.
Create and complete different assessments related to the Reliability Program, such as Asset Condition Assessments (ACA), Preventive Maintenance Optimization (PMO), Root Cause Analysis Level 1(RCA 1), Criticality Assessment (CA), among others.
Attend all corporate and internal trainings.

**Additional Information**:
Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
This position may require some knowledge with CMMS System such as Maximo, SAP.

**Minimum Requirements**:
High School Technical Diploma or demonstrated equivalent and related technical experience in Electronics, Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical systems.
Predictive Maintenance technologies certification as a plus, knowledge and experience, software knowledge and demonstrate experience in Infrared Thermography, Vibration, Ultrasound, and others.
Power BI desirable knowledge or similar database apps.
Entrants to this position requires 5 years of experience in technical positions.
B2 English level or demonstrated experience.
Microsoft Office Package knowledge and demonstrated experience.
**Soft Skill such as**: teamwork, organization, timeliness, integrity.

**Physical Requirements**:
Some tasks will require long walks.
Requires the flexibility to bend/stoop, squat, kneel, reach/stretch, and move in a 90-degree fashion during workday.
Requires ability to read and understand information contained in a variety of documents or displayed on a computer screen.
Requires ability to use a variety of office equipment and to operate a special and specific technology equipment, computer keyboard to access data bases, to send/receive messages and to prepare documents.
Requires ability to attend meetings throughout the site and potentially travel to other Amentum, customer and/or vendor locations in the area, as well as some air travel to more distant locations.
Requires the ability to communicate with others on the telephone and in one-on-one or group discussions, meetings, and presentations.
Demonstrated fluency in computer use including the full Microsoft product line.
Requires some moving of light to medium weight materials into desks, filing cabinets and other storage locations.
Requires the ability to interact with all clients in a professional and friendly manner despite periods of stress.

**Special Requirements**:
Working towards an increasing knowledge of industrial/facilities systems and components: pumps, combustion systems, piping, hydraulics, rotating equipment, HVAC, etc.
Leadership skills (training, presentations, & teambuilding) and project management.
Organizational skills coupled with the leadership and interpersonal skills to be able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Ability to communicate with all levels of management and interface with a diverse customer base including technical and non-technical personnel to effectively support a multi-discipline team environment.
Ability or understanding of how to create CMMS ad hoc reports and submit Work Requests for complex data reports.
Familiar with Quality methodologies and tools, such as Gantt, Pareto, PDCA, RCA, and others.
Wear steel toe safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves and other Personal Protective Equipment as needed.

Must be willing to work overtime when required.
May be required to work holidays and weekends.
