**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationships with those you support
- Perform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes
- Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy
- Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
- Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested
- Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail combined with proactive attitude, very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent teamwork and able to anticipate needs and respond accordingly

**Tareas**:

- Coordinar la logística completa de: Viajes - Eventos y celebraciones, reuniones de áreas, lanzamientos, visitas a campo, voluntariados
- Administración de la agenda de los directores asignados asegurando el cumplimiento y la oportuna convocatoria a reuniones y compromisos.
- Soporte en la consolidación de las presentaciones y material para requerido para los diferentes foros.
- Administración documental de los archivos físicos que requiera el Director y sus equipos.
- Soporte en la planificación de inducciones para los reportes de los Directores.
- Master Shopper para funciones de WACAM
- Asistencia en los procesos de onboarding de nuevos ingresos
- Funciones secundarias según sean requeridas por cada director

**Requisitos**:

- Nível Avanzado de inglés
- 2-3 años de experiência en posición similares en empresas de consumo masivo
- Microsoft packages 365
- Capacidad de priorizar y organizar
