Graphic Designer

Job Summary:
The Mid-level Graphic Designer is responsible for providing support to the marketing department, including the senior graphic designer and marketing coordinator. The Junior Graphic Designer will interface at all levels of the marketing department by assisting in numerous marketing projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral (Presentations, social media post, case studies and video animations)
- Support the website team with images and service pages
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

Skills and Experience:
**Must haves**:

- 3+ years of graphic design experience in a corporate or agency creative department is required.
- Fluent English speaker
- Strong portfolio that includes consumer print advertising, digital design, collateral design, logos, multi-media campaigns, and video editing.
- Ability to create superior, original designs for Print and the Web.
- Strong conceptual skills, including creative design solutions.
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design and/or Advertising preferably from a Design/Fine Art Institution or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant background and work experience.
- Ability to understand, follow, and execute creative direction and design guidelines set by senior graphic designer and marketing team
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud

**Nice to haves**:

- Any B2B (Business to Business) work is a plus
- Experience with UI/UX design
- Spanish speaker
- Proficiency in Figma
- Knowledge of WordPress
- Experience working in social media
