**About this opportunity**

Master Planner is responsible for developing the master production plan / forecast to satisfy customer demand while carrying minimum effective cost at a regional level. The qualified individual will be responsible for providing Treat Operations and Aligner Fabs with a monthly production plan / forecast to enable a proper mid-range resource planning process.

The Master Planner is responsible of compiling supply plans of different production facilities in a Region and ensure that supply meets or exceeds demand plans and balance the demand load across facilities to meet cost objectives.

The Master Planners is responsible of performing statistical analysis of demand growth, new business opportunities, customer expectations, and internal supply constraints to develop production plans, by month, for a rolling 18-month period. Strong collaboration with the Operations, Finance, Customer Service and Supply Chain Management will be critical to meeting business goals.

**In this role, you will**
- Drive waste elimination from systems through the implementation of statistical tools, providing solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
- Provide Leadership, coaching and hand-on guidance on capacity planning process development and improvement.
- Create a rolling 18-month Master Production Plan for designated regions, taking into consideration the sales forecast, historical sales, and new business opportunities.
- Perform supply demand analysis each month, highlighting areas of concern for the next 18 months.
- Review forecast with business manager through a resource requirement-planning meeting, suggest modifications and highlight risks consistent with the analysis of current or historical demand patterns.
- Enable demand balancing across different facilities within a Region to ensure a proper service level and cost effectiveness.
- Support the Sales and Operations review process to maintain service levels, performance against schedule, inventory strategy and supply plan to meet demand and growth plans.

**In this role, you’ll need **
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- May have a Master’s Degree.
- 3 years of directly related experience.
- Be proficiency in English
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP)
- Be proficient in SAP
- Sound knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures including manufacturing planning, demand, and replenishment processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to reason and influence at all levels.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage complexity and resolve conflicts that arise from balancing multiple priorities.
