We use advance technologies to provide our customers with enhanced market analysis tools, order execution and educational resources. Intern projects include working in all phases of the Software Development Cycle in an Agile environment.

The QA Intern is responsible for creating and executing system test plans, test suites and test cases, guided by a senior QA. You will be creating new or updating existing test cases for inclusion in regression test suites, that need to be performed manually initially, but potentially later to be automated. You will also be creating new manual test scripts for newly integrated features and development of toolsets to augment System QA and Development testing. The QA intern will also work closely with Software Developers and other System QA Engineers in small scrum teams to deliver the highest quality products in a timely and cost-effective manner.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Perform system integration testing of all codes prior to release
- Change management - Maintain and update QA environments and test plans
- Document and report defects as well as create and maintain detailed test plans
- Perform production issues triage and deployment
- Analyze and communicate test results to stakeholders
- Participate in ongoing system process improvement initiatives

**The Skills You Bring**:

- Experience with QA life cycle is desirable. Examples, but not limited to:

- Understanding of Test Cases creation
- Understanding of concepts such Regression, Smoke Test, Integration tests
- Good English verbal and written skills to be able to design and document test cases, results and defects recording
- It would be considered a plus knowledge/understanding/experience in the following technologies:

- UI Automation tools (Selenium or anything relevant)
- Automation Frameworks (Cypress, node.js etc.)
- Scripting languages (JavaScript etc.)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to root cause complex issues is required
- Cloud Computing knowledge is a plus (Amazon Web Services, OpenStack)
- Critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Seeking bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
- Good English verbal/written skills

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Experience in trading or financial services preferred
