**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

The primary responsibility of the Finance Business Manager role is to proactively manage and deliver the support the business unit to achieve the targets and keep in control the area completes the management and statutory reporting information that include financial data and scenarios, SOP exercises, budget information for both P&L and cash flow, as well as assumptions and other data inputs related to the forecasting process.

**Geographic Scope**:Regional Support Unit (AMSSA)

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Review financial statements for actual/planning reporting
- Review and approve weekly/monthly reports
- Month
- Coordinate Bi-Annual /half year/full year reporting cycles and financial reviews
- Monitor performance and sensitivities monthly across all P&L lines for actuals, budget, latest forecasts and prior years for every end market
- Review and provide accurate and timely monthly variance data and root cause analysis for volume, revenue and cost of sales
- Manage ad-hoc projects as required
- Engage with different stakeholders
- Promote standardization, automation and simplification of processes which fall within the boundaries of the Finance accounting & Planning Areas
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**

**Education / Experience**
- A bachelor´s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or related fields
- Must possess written and oral proficiency in English. C1 English level.
**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with peers, senior managers, and stakeholders
- Ability to escalate issues to provide timely solutions to stakeholders
- Strong attention to details with ability to spot numerical errors
**Experience Required**
- Proven experience as a senior finance analyst or similar roles with at least 2 years of work experience
- Knowledge of financial planning
- Strong Experience in accounting and financial analysis
