As an Accounting Associate IV with Momentum, you'll play a key role in our team, collaborating closely with dynamic and talented individuals. You'll contribute to our Accounting team overseeing all credit card transactions, ensuring adherence to company policies, accurately coding transactions, validating receipts, and implementing automation processes for our growing organization. **Responsibilities**:

- Code and match invoices to purchase orders in AP system
- Flag and clarify any invoices that do not match associated purchase orders
- Processing a high volume of invoices accurately
- Discern the nature of invoices such as prepaids, software or fixed assets

**Qualifications**

**We're looking for someone who**:

- Has a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- Possesses 1+ years' experience in accounting
- Is detail-oriented, organized, and a self-started able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated strength in Microsoft Excel skills, with a knowledge of advanced formulas and functions is preferred
