**Requirements**
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to determine position prerequisites.
- Recognize qualified applicant profiles utilizing different sourcing procedures.
- Request for referrals from current workers and external networks.
- Promote our employer brand on online and offline platforms.
- Maintain sourcing database through our Applicant Tracking System.
- Create talent pools for future hiring needs.

**Education **& Experience**
- Advanced English Language skills are required (B2 or B2+ Preferred): oral, written and comprehension.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources, Business or Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a talent acquisition/recruiting/ sourcing capacity.
- Skilled in social media marketing, digital networking, and modern sourcing strategies.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- X-ray and advanced Boolean search expertise.
