**Job Description**:

- Exposure to a dynamic, fast-paced, high-performing business. In the last couple of years, the D2C Marketplace business has significantly scaled. In recent months, the business has made an acquisition and launched new offerings to consumers in new vertical markets (with more launches on the horizon).
- Exposure to different levels of management
- Interaction and partnership with teams across multiple functions (e.g. analytics, product management, customer engagement and client account management teams), largely based in California, as well as Finance teams based in Costa Rica
- The Direct to Consumer business is unique as it is the only consumer facing ecommerce business in the North America portfolio

**Qualifications**:

- Regular reporting and monitoring of key performance metrics versus targets for cards and loans offerings. Creation of new reporting to highlight new metrics that the business should be reviewing, including working with Analytics team to create new dashboards
- Tracking and reporting of key revenue-generating initiatives for North America leadership to digest
- Identifying issues and opportunities that impact revenue; drive to resolve issues and pursue opportunities
- Month-end close responsibilities including revenue and cost accounting critical to capturing business results. Maintain a strong control environment while helping the business to be nimble and efficient in decision-making and execution.
- Ownership of revenue and cost reporting, forecasting, budgeting - by various segmentations (e.g. client, vertical, score range), along with scenario analysis to identify ranges of revenue outcomes
- Contribute to annual Strategic Plan by creating 5-year revenue forecasts for cards and loans verticals, as well as preparing cost forecasts.
- Prepare slides and supporting documents for all major finance processes including quarterly performance review meetings
- Prepare audit support is required
- Deliver on ad hoc requests from different functions within the business or regional/global leadership
- Present performance pacing updates to D2C Exec leadership

Navigate large amounts of data (including both revenue and expenses) to discern underlying trends, risks and opportunities, creating clear reports and visuals to illustrate findings and support decision-making.

Serve as a back-up for monthly team deliverables within the Insurance vertical of the Marketplace

Comfortable multi-tasking and taking on a range of miscellaneous finance team responsibilities.

Drive process improvements and standardization across financial reporting and analysis models

Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics

Create and maintain desktop procedure documents for routine processes
