CyberFinancial® is an end-to-end collections management software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps businesses optimize their collections lifecycle and improve their overall portfolio profitability.

Additionally, this role requires a strong priority on continuously enhancing our client's experience and ease of use by identifying recurrent incidents, planning sprints (Scrum framework), and partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Technology teams to gradually prevent them from occurring.

**What you'll do**
- Monitor the successful completion of the daily batch processes per client.

**What experience you need**
- One year experience in Shared Services/BPO operations at multinational companies.
- Studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- English B2+
- 1+ years of advanced level Excel/Google spreadsheets experience.

**What could set you apart**
- B.S. or B.A. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in IT Helpdesk environments.
- Experience in Collections Operations
- UiPath Studio X Certificate
- Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate - SFPC
- Expertise working with Linux, Shell Scripting, and SQL Plus
- Expertise in batch processing
