**Your Responsibilities**:
This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

- Assessing processes, in partnership with different functional areas, in order to identify improvement and efficiency opportunities without compromising the existing level of risk mitigation.
- Continually strengthen and improve the risk and control environment of the organization acting as a driver of change within the FRMC Ops and the Finance community of the organization.
- Use Data analytics to identify risk and mitigation thereof
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners at different levels. Provide advice and share knowledge to strengthen governance, risk and control environments, as appropriate.
- Partnering with the Projects and Data Analytics FRMC Pillars in designing and implementing solutions for risk management using IT tools.
- Execute the annual business process control assessment cycle, including risk assessment, scoping, process and control documentation, key controls identification, walkthroughs, testing, remediation and reporting.
- Conduct the execution of the annual Independent Business Monitoring Program (IBM) in which we test the controls in order to confirm if they are operating effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop clear, actionable remediation plans for any deficiencies identified including development of expected timeline for potential remediation and performance of remediation testing.
- Partnering with the business in order to help remediate any possible deficiency found during the test of the controls.
- Supervise the work of the third-party firm that executes the testing of the controls. This supervision includes: Quality review of their work, intervention whenever they are not able to agree deficiencies with the functional areas, escalations in general, review the SLAs related to the contract, review fees being charged.
- Review, monthly, the execution of the Segregation of duties control that is also performed by our third-party firm.
- Provide periodic report on the results of the control testing to the stakeholders in the LOC and in the HUB.
- Communicate to the functional areas any changes in the Internal Control Framework to make sure that stakeholders are aware of the current control requirements.

**Basic Qualifications**:
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

- Bachelor’s in Economy, Accounting, Business Administration.
- Previous experience in Auditing, Internal controls, financial controlling.
- Bilingual Spanish - English both written and oral communication.
- Advanced level in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
However, if you have the following, it would be a plus:

- Any post grad program in topics related to controls, compliance and governance.
- Power BI.
