The JR. Accountant will provide support to the reconciliation process that is in charge by Costa Rica Core Accounting team, such as, bank reconciliations process, prepaid review, Intercompany process, and others.

Main Responsabilities:
- Responsible for preparing and reconciling some bank accounts and delivery the final rec on Blackline.- Support the prepaid reconciliation process.- Download bank statements from the different bank platforms (HSBC, BOFA and other banks)- Prepare and post journal entries as need them- Support internal and external audit request.- Assist with special projects

Main requirements:
- 2 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.- Associate’s Degree in Finance and Accounting- Advanced English level is required- Demonstrates initiative to follow up on pending issues and organize assigned work.- Team building skills and the ability to establish effective relationships and rapport with a wide variety of individuals.- Strong Organizational and analytical skills, soft skills.- Knowledge of Excel is required- Oracle (as a plus)- Blackline (as a plus)
