Estate Manager

**Responsibilities**

The duration of the job will last a minimum of 1 year:

- Assist in the design, planting, and developing the community in Bagaces Costa Rica. - Create opportunities for others to engage in the garden and the permaculture farm through planting, weeding, and harvesting vegetable and fruit crops.
- Assist in developing the infrastructure to create a functional and sustainable community.
- Complete weekly garden and farm activities including: sowing, transplanting, weeding, watering, harvesting, fertilizing, composting and pest control.
- Assist in development and implementation of meaningful educational activities related to the organic garden, outdoor kitchen, and permaculture plantings.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Compensation & Accommodation package**:

- Living in a followed by building a concrete eco-dome.
- Cell phone and service will be provided.

- $1000 per month starting allowance, most of which can be saved.

Pay: ₡542,562.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bagaces, Provincia de Guanacaste: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
