Job Description:

Oversees recruiters who implement and execute the recruitment and onboarding program and policies. Works with the business to understand and anticipate hiring needs Ensures all tasks including sourcing, assessment, selection, and on-boarding are performed to full satisfaction of the business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Leadership and Direction Communicate the local action plan; explain how this relates to the function's strategy and action plan, and the broader organization's mission and vision; motivate people to achieve local business goals.
- Supervision/Management of Work Manage, monitor, and review the work of a team to make sure processes and procedures are properly implemented and ensure the team is achieving defined objectives and standards. Assessment Center
Experience and Skills- Bachelor’s degree in business administration.- At least 4+ years relevant experience in the manufacturing/industrial industry.- Experience using workday.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP experience preferred.- Demonstrate a high level of initiative and be goal driven.- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.- Fluency in English, Spanish is essential. Additional languages like Portuguese are a plus.
