**Perfil Laboral del Analista de Datos en la sección de Cobros**
**Requisitos**:
- Inglés fluido tanto hablado como escrito
- Disponibilidad de tiempo completo de lunes a viernes de 7:00 a 16:00
- Hoja de delincuencia con no más de un mes de emitida
- Residencia costarricense, residencia de condición libre y / o permiso de trabajo.
- Conocimientos avanzados de software empresarial y de comunicación como Microsoft Word,
- Actitud positiva hacia el aprendizaje, la adaptación y la aplicación de correcciones.
- Realizar tareas diarias con un alto nível de profesionalismo e integridad.
- Alta experiência en el uso de internet y tecleado rápido
- Alto nível de atención al detalle.
- Requisitos de educación: bachiller en educación media
- Conocimiento avanzado del sistema estándar de EE. UU. Y familiaridad con los cálculos en USD
- Habilidades excepcionales con llamadas telefónicas y familiaridad con teléfonos con múltiples extensiones es un plus
- El buen manejo de realizar múltiples tareas en un ritmo avanzado y rápido
**Deberes**:
- Responde e investiga las preguntas o disputas de los clientes relacionadas a cobros
- Maneja las cuentas de los clientes así como también los balances, identificando las inconsistencias de los mismos
- Se asegura de informarle a los clientes sus cuentas por pagar y fechas de límite de pago
- Generar y modificar informes en Excel
- Realizar la extracción, importación y exportación de datos en diversas aplicaciones de bases de datos.
- Filtrar los datos en los informes de Excel generando tablas dinámicas y gráficos
- Comunicarse de manera constante y darle seguimiento a las facturas y cuentas de clientes
- Realizar otras tareas administrativas necesarias para el soporte del departamento de facturación.
