Funciones del Puesto

Provide customer service in both English and French, as required.
Address customer inquiries promptly following their purchase of an airline ticket.
Uphold a consistently positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
Utilize chat as the primary communication channel with customers, with phone support available when necessary.
Investigate customer bookings to determine feasibility, explaining outcomes clearly and compassionately.
Ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests.
Demonstrate creativity in identifying alternative solutions for customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues as needed

Requisitos del Puesto

Must live in San Jose

*Essential: Strong GDS experience, preferably with Amadeus.*
Must have previous experience in customer service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex work environment.
Fluent spoken and written English (C1 level).
Proficiency in French (B2 level).
Capability to read and interpret complex fare rules in English.
Flexibility in working hours.
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
