**Acerca de la vacante**:
**Funciones del Puesto**:
Controlar la asistencia en las horas señaladas de ingreso y salida del personal a cargo
Detectar oportunidades de mejora
Realizar inventarios
Cumplimiento de tiempos de entrega
Supervisión del proceso y cumplimiento de especificaciones del producto
Toma de decisiones en la operación.
Supervisión y coordinación del grupo de trabajo
Verificar que se cumplan las funciones establecidas
Revisar controles y documentación del proceso
Revisión y seguimiento de indicadores
Mantener las máquinas produciendo al 100% para entregar los diferentes productos a los clientes en las fechas indicadas.
Observar y reportar problemas de maquinaria de repuestos que impidan que los procesos cumplan su meta final.
Hacer los cambios de moldes según programación.
Solicitar insumos a Proveeduría.
Coordinar los revelos de descanso del personal a cargo.
Llenar los reportes de producción.
Mantener el área de trabajo en orden y limpia.
Cualquier otra labor acorde a sus competencias

**Requisitos del Puesto**:
Bachiller en educación media
Mecánico Industrial

**Experiência Deseada**:
Al menos 2 años de experiência en plantas productivas y manejo de personal.

**Habilidades Deseadas**:
Liderazgo
Comunicación
Trabajo en equipo
