**Job Description**:
**Position Summary**
CIP intern will be supporting the CIP leader and project managers of the Technology Enabling department, will be involved in the continuous improvements projects portfolio and will help the idea generation process with a guidance of a Senior Analyst to deliver problem solving and best in class direction to the organization.
**General Job Responsibilities**
- Collaborate and support the financial departments through the CIP projects lifecycle.
- Maintain, support, and generate ideas to update the CIP framework.
- Use best practices to manage and control change.
- Organize and facilitate project status meetings.
- Support CIP Lead on operational initiatives related to continuous improvement and operational excellence such as idea generation process, root cause analysis, value stream mappings, process re-engineering, etc.
- Learn, follow, and share best practices and processes defined by the company.
- Perform other functions related to the position.
- Collaborate with CIP Lead and Automation Lead for projects to support the financial departments.
**Qualifications**:
- Advanced student in Industrial Engineering.
- English level B1+.
- Curious thinker who can focus on detail, energized by ambiguity.
- Able to dig into data, ask the right questions and connect the dots.
- Display openness to diverse opinions and a willingness to iterate together to produce insights that make sense.
- Self-driven person committed to real-world outcomes.
- Work in a team environment, which involves collaboration and use of team-based methods and tools.
- Intermediate level in computer tools including MS Office (Excel, Power Point and Word).
- Knowledge in Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
- Project Management knowledge is a plus.
