**Objetivo del puesto**:
Supervisar y coordinar administrativamente y operacionalmente los recursos para el buen desempeño de los diferentes procesos del almacén según los procedimientos establecidos por DHL y por el cliente.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Manejar mínimo una operación, cuenta o turno.
- Organizar con efectividad el trabajo y tiempo del personal operativo de acuerdo a las necesidades diarias.
- Planear, organizar, dirigir y controlar la efectiva recepción, almacenamiento, despacho de las mercancías y otros servicios del departamento (valor agregado, distribución local, devoluciones etc.).
- Garantizar el control del inventario, revisar variaciones de inventario y coordinar cronograma de conteos y seguimiento.
- Otros que el Jefe determine convenientes según la operación y necesidades del cliente.
- Proponer planes de ahorro de costos para la operación.
- Realizar en conjunto con el Gerente de Sitio análisis financieros (ingreso, gastos y utilidades al nível de OP).
- Llevar control de horas extras y proponer planes de reducción de las mismas.
- Atender y coordinar los requerimientos y solicitudes internos de DHL y del cliente y dar respuestas oportunas.
- Dar seguimiento a cada una de las quejas levantadas por el cliente y reportar las mismas al Gerente de Sitio.
- Realizar las facturaciones de los clientes en caso que sea necesario y solicitar el visto bueno del Gerente de Sitio.
- Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas dentro del marco de ISO 9001, ISO 14001 y 45001 las normas de calidad y 5s / compliance / medio ambiente / salud ocupacional y seguridad y otras que se definen por DHL y/o el cliente.
- Participar en auditorías internas y externas y dar seguimiento a los no conformidades o hallazgos detectados.
- Realizar seguimiento a los KPIs (métricas) operativos incluyendo medición y análisis de productividades, discutirlas con el equipo y elaborar planes de acción en caso de incumplimiento.
- Asegurar que la infraestructura y los equipos se mantienen en óptimas condiciones y realizar compras juntos con el departamento de compras.
- Asegurar la implementación de buenas prácticas dentro de la operación así como un continuo mejoramiento de los procesos e instrucciones de trabajo.
- Aplicar y dar seguimiento a los Programas de Best Team y otros que la empresa implemente y liderar con el ejemplo (Performance Dialogs, Programa de Reconocimiento, Sesiones Uno a Uno, Seguimiento EOS y otros programas de First Choice).
- Supervisar las labores del Encargado de Piso y otros reportes directos según la estructura de la operación.
- Manejar, orientar y desarrollar al personal operativo a su cargo.
- Dar retroalimentación (Uno a Uno) y evalúa al personal mediante la herramienta de desempeño.
- Solicitar y gestionar acciones de personal (Vacaciones, amonestaciones, suspensiones, contrataciones, bonificaciones, despidos, accesos).

**Requisitos**:

- Al menos haber aprobado 50% de estudios universitarios en Administración de Empresas o Ingeniería Industrial.
- Al menos 1 año de experiência en puestos similares.
- Conocimiento de 5s, Buenas prácticas de Almacenaje, calidad y seguridad.
- Manejo intermedio
- avanzado en paquetes de cómputo (Office)
- Liderazgo, independencia, capacidad crítica, solución de problemas.
