Who are we looking for?

**Technical Skills**:
**Role and Responsibility**:

- Responsible for ensuring the team is making progress against the Sprint/MVP commitments.

Protects the team from scope creep during execution of the sprint development.
Supports the team in meeting their delivery goals.
Support and enforces Scrum processes and other rules.
Help remove impediments for the team and raises larger issues to the Product Owner/Manager
Helps Scrum team members communicate, coordinate, and cooperate
Helps the team coordinate with other teams.
Escalate issues to expedite process correction and prioritization of the team strategies
Teach scrum concepts to all members of the individual scrum teams
Drive transformational change to Scrum methodologies addressing business value in requirements development and testing
Guide team to a culture of focus on improving the organization and delivery of their work
Communicate status to management as needed.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies to include sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review/ demos, sprint retrospective.
Work with Product Owner to develop User Stories that meets the DoR.
Work with the Product Owner to review and prioritize features in product backlog.
Reporting of Burn Down/Up charts

**Requirements**:

**Desired Skills**:

- Previous work experience as a Software developer and Project Manager
- Lean Manager and Six Sigma Certified

**Qualifications & experience required**:

- Certified SAFe Scrum Master
- Certified Scrum Master
- 6 - 8 years of industry experience in leading scrum teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MBA in Project and Program Management
- Proficiency in implementing Scrum processes
- Awareness of and open to diversity in cultures
- Experience and proficient in creation of Burn down charts, Velocity charts etc.
- Experience in JIRA cloud
- Experience in implementing Scrum / Agile approach in a new org
