ResponsibilitiesTriage incoming inventory for the Appeals team, validating appeal criteria is metCompose technical denial arguments for reconsideration, including both written and telephonicallyIdentify contract protection that can be leveraged to overturn denials.Overcome objections that prevent payment of the claim and gain commitment for payment through concise and effective appeal argumentIdentify problem accounts/processes/trends and escalate as appropriateUtilize effective documentation standards that support a strong historical record of actions taken on the account.Ability to perform basic math to ensure accurate statement of accounts receivableMeet the productivity and quality standards of the organizationTimely completion and comprehension of all educational requirementsPractice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”Other duties as assigned

**Requisitos**:
General RequirementsEnglish - Spanish Language (Oral and writing 85 % or higher), (B2+ or above).High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.1 year or less of experience in customer service or back office positions.Demonstrates ability to organizePerform and track multiple tasks accurately in short timeframes, have the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple demands.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team playerAttention to detail.

Luego al iniciar la producción tenemos horario de Lunes a viernes de 7am a 4pm o de 8am a 5 pm.
