The Enterprise Operations & Technology Chief Administrative Office (EO&T CAO) is a driving factor in delivering value to our organization, our businesses, regulators, and stakeholders. As part of the Chief of Staff (CoS) team in EO&T CAO, the Communications Strategist will drive initiatives to support the EO&T CAO Head providing a consistent and standard way of operating, monitoring, and running the organization. Responsibilities will include supporting the communication agenda, managing high-profile learning and development projects and employee engagement initiatives. This position will assist with development, execution and tracking of key strategic goals of the organization.

**Chief Of Staff Communications Strategist - C12**
The Communications Strategist will not only work to solicit and develop content but will also be responsible for enhancing the work product. The Communications Strategist will have the opportunity to work on many EO&T CAO activities and stakeholders across the organization. This position will provide a platform for continued development and visibility across a global organization as well as exposure to senior management and other functions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Establish and manage strong relationships with a diverse group of senior stakeholders in various O&T groups, to ensure adequate information sharing, reporting, alignment and communications are in place.
- Create, manage, and execute a communications strategy leveraging digital and social platforms
- Prepare materials for Regulatory Meeting, EO&T CAO town halls, business reviews, and other presentations as required by the EO&T CAO or Global Head of O&T, including graphic design
- Manage meeting / town hall agendas, senior management visits to various Citi sites, and coordination of calendar planning for such events.
- Provide project management and support, as well as research activities across a wide variety of O&T initiatives.
- Manage internal websites and Sharepoint sites - Coordinate and implement ongoing maintenance, including refreshed content, answer questions, work with intranet liaisons
- Identify emerging trends in web and digital marketing, develop strategies to effectively implement approved communication platforms
- Serve as a communications / engagement advisor to partners within EO&T CAO to ensure deliverables and initiatives adhere to Citi standards
**Qualifications**:
- 5-8 years of experience in a related role such as Marketing, Communications, Branding, Social Media, Public Relations or Graphic Design preferred
- Advanced English level
- Prior experience in the financial services industry preferred
**Critical Competencies**:
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) are a must
- Strong project management skills to deliver quality items in a timely manner
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including a proven ability to produce professional PowerPoint presentations and designing creative materials such as infographics and templates
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work proactively without close supervision
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Well-developed problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- Strong interpersonal skills, energy, attention to detail and enthusiasm
- Ability to manage conflict and work under pressure
- Ability to interact confidently with all stakeholders
- Strong team play
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree
