Production Line Operator

Visión general del equipo
Prysmian busca un operador de montacargas, apilador y carretilla eléctrica para unirse a nuestro equipo. Con sede en Belén, Heredia, y reportando al supervisor de producción, la posición es responsable de operar los equipos pertenecientes a una o más fases de nuestro proceso de fabricación, asegurando la calidad, instrucciones y procedimientos preestablecidos.
Principales responsabilidades
- Descarga, acomodo y verificación de cantidad e inspección visual de producto, y
- Verificar que el montacargas se encuentre siempre en condiciones óptimas de operación realizando el check list al inicio de turno.
- Asegurarse de que la recarga de gas a los montacargas sea cumpliendo con todas las medidas de seguridad
- Garantizar que el producto que se envía a la bodega esté en óptimas condiciones (no golpeado, no con falta de etiquetas, cantidad correcta, producto correcto, etc.).
- Observar el desarrollo de actividades inherentes al Área de Producción, anticipándose a posibles problemas e identificando anomalías en el equipo o proceso de fabricación, con el fin de notificar al Superior inmediato para que pueda verificar y tomar las medidas adecuadas para evitar la disminución cualitativa o cuantitativa de la producción.
- Cumplir las instrucciones de Seguridad y Salud Laboral recibidas, siguiendo las directrices y utilizando los EPI's (Equipos de Protección Individual).
- Colaborar en el proceso de mantenimiento de los Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad y Medio Ambiente adoptados por la compañía.
- Conocer y comprender la política y los procedimientos de Prysmian para Seguridad Ocupacional;
- Cumplir con los requisitos legales y de la empresa con respecto a Seguridad Ocupacional.
- Preservar el medio ambiente y reportar accidentes relacionados con Seguridad Ocupacional y situaciones inseguras a la persona directamente responsable y/o Seguridad Ocupacional.
¿A quién buscamos?
**Requisitos**:
- Educación primaria completa, noveno año es un plus.
- Licencia D3
- 2+ años de experiência en industria manufacturera.
- 2+ años de experiência en el uso de montacargas y apilador.
- Disponibilidad de horarios rotativos: mañana, tarde y noche.
- Conocimientos básicos de informática.
