**SALARY RANGE**:Subsídio ₵220.000 + Work from home option + Monday to Friday Schedule + Possibility to extend internship

**LOCATION**:Heredia, Costa Rica

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This role is part of DBS -GBS HR.

This role is part of the Talent Acquisition team in the Human Resources department and is responsible for the execution of key administrative and transactional tasks of the recruitment process that support a successful delivery of the talent acquisition strategy.

**Reports to**:Talent Acquisition Team Lead

**Reporting Level**:Junior Level

**Geographic Scope**:Americas

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Analyse data to identify patterns, root cause, and business opportunities.
- Automate tasks using dashboards.
- Offer support to Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Use all features of the system as well as other tools such as: databases, LinkedIn and job boards.
- Support the recruitment team to achieve internal performance metrics.
- Perform other administrative tasks that support the end-to-end recruitment process.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Currently studying Business Administration, Data Analytics, Psychology, or a related field.
- Insurance Policy expedited by the INS.
- Active student certificate.
- Proficient English level, verbal, and writing.
- Intermediate French level, verbal, and writing.
- Proficient in MS Office tools and data manipulation tools, Excel, etc.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- A proactive individual with teamwork abilities, eye to detail and communication skills.

**BENEFICIAL**
- Desirable intermediate Portuguese level, verbal, and writing.
- Desirable Power BI knowledge.
