Responsibilidades:
- Responsable por el seguimiento del entrenamiento de nuevos colaboradores, así como de la calidad y rendimiento de los mismos.
- Asistir a sus superiores inmediatos en la programación y distribución de los Jobs de producción al piso de manera oportuna y eficiente. Debe estar listo para anticipar cuando el próximo job esté disponible y determinar el orden más efectivo para correr en los puestos de trabajo existentes.
- Responsable por el monitoreo y registro de la asistencia diaria del personal.
- Responsable de apoyar el plan de mantenimiento preventivo en su área de responsabilidad.
- Responsable por el desarrollo de líder para desarrollar sus conocimientos y fomentar su participación en su ausencia.
- Responsable por el cumplimiento de las metas y los costos de su área.
- Verificar que los técnicos a si cargo tienen la capacidad de resolver los problemas de producción y montajes.
- Desarrollar e implementar donde sea efectivo, nuevas ideas y métodos de mejora de la productividad.
- Debe seguir las reglas de seguridad de la empresa e identificar aquellas áreas con peligro potencial.
- Responsable por el equipo de trabajo en su área de responsabilidad.
- Todas las demás funciones asignadas.
Educación y experiência:
- Aproximadamente y 5 años de experiência en trabajos relacionados.
- Licenciatura, Bachillerato o su equivalente que lo capacite para el puesto.
Requerimientos:
- Debe tener de 3 a 5años de experiência en un ambiente de producción.
- Debe tener un año de experiência en supervisión en un ambiente de producción.
- Habilidad para realizar el mantenimiento de los equipos según sea necesario.
- Buena capacidad de organización.
- Requiere un alto grado de habilidades de escritura y verbales para comunicarse de manera positiva y eficaz con todos los departamentos y el equipo Gerencial.
- Habilidad para leer y escribir de manera legible.
- Conocimiento de cómputo y programas incluyendo MS Office.
- Debe ser puntual y confiable, con una buena asistencia.
Ambiente laboral y requeriminetos fisicos
- 90% ambiente típico de producciones y 10% ambiente de oficina.
- Debe ser capaz de levantar entre 75-100 lb.
