**Role Responsibilities**:

- You will be part of the Global Digital Translations team working hand by hand with Project Managers, Regional Stakeholders, Digital Content Editors, the Global Translations Analyst, as well as an external Language Service Provider.
- You will act as a key part of the digital content process flow, managing the translations QA process to understand if all requirements were met during the translations work and to keep track of work quality overall, analyzing content tickets.
- As a Global Translations QA, you are expected to have translations and/or languages knowledge, to understand how CAT Tools and Translation Memories work, and to be able to troubleshoot and validate translated content implementation, report technical issues, provide professional orientation to internal customers about the adequate end to end processes and systems and maintain updated documentation (flowcharts, user guides, work instructions, quick cards, glossaries, etc.)
- Also, you should have a complete understanding of the translation workflow to keep track of processes' health and improvements.

**Role Requirements**:

- Knowledge in CAT Tools
- Currently pursuing a degree in translation or related fields.
- English proficiency
- A third language would be an added advantage (French, Portuguese, German, Italian)
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Attention to detail
- Strong record of evaluating situations quickly and acting decisively.
- Adaptability and/or flexibility.
- A history of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills
- Communication skills
