**Plumbing Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:Manage day to day tasks such as calendars, schedule appointments, lead sourcing and reach outs and coordinate meetings for property managers.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- **Plumbing Coordination**:Coordinate plumbing repairs, maintenance, and inspections for rental properties.
- Liaise with tenants and vendors to schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of work.
- Communicate with property managers to provide updates on plumbing issues and resolutions.
- **Troubleshooting and Support**:Provide remote troubleshooting support to tenants and property managers for plumbing-related issues.
- Assess plumbing problems reported by tenants and determine appropriate course of action.
- Offer guidance and recommendations for temporary solutions until professional assistance can be arranged.
- **Inventory Management**:Maintain inventory of plumbing supplies and equipment for rental properties.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders for replenishment, and track deliveries.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies and manage invoicing.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:Prepare reports on plumbing maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Document details of plumbing incidents, resolutions, and follow-up actions taken.
- Assist with compiling data and generating insights to support decision-making related to property maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- An Engineering background is a plus
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in administrative support roles.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems and experience in the plumbing industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in problem-solving.
- Familiarity with property management software and tools is a plus.
