Rep, Global Equity

Responsible for auditing and processing equity related transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform equity audits with increased complexity under general supervision. Audit daily feeds between systems, review daily transactions, audit tax withholdings, and escalate issues for resolution
- Consolidate daily payroll reports and distribute to local payrolls for timely reporting and withholding; perform month-end summary reporting, and resolve issues with increasing complexity.
- Execute routine ad hoc reporting, including updating dashboards
- Document and maintain processes of equity administration activities.
- Other incidental duties

**Education and Experience**:
H.S. Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of related experience, required;
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferred.

**Additional Skills**:

- Good computer skills including usage of Microsoft Office Suite and related business systems
- Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies and procedures
- Good knowledge and understanding of company equity programs
- Strict attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams; occasionally with contacts outside own organization
- Ability to provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner
- Work on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
- Travel (day and overnight by car, air, train, etc.) will vary. Percentage of time is determined by Management
