**Objective**:

**Hard skills**:

- Advanced Excel (must).
- On Site position, ability to work from our Moravia and Hatillo Building (must).
- Ability to travel between sites (must).
- Basic English Speaker. Fluent in verbal and written English. (70%) (Desired).
- B.A Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics (desired).
- E-mail etiquette (desired).

**Soft skills**:

- Basic Internet tools knowledge.
- Communications equipment.
- Microsoft Knowledge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with IT, Administration, Operations, External Vendors and Finance equipment receipt and delivery.
- To coordinate the delivery and reception of equipment with IT, assets, storage, and providers, for those employees doing work from home.
- To coordinate the design of prizes portfolio and delivery logistics.
