**About the Job**

You will be building marketing technology that is on the bleeding edge of innovation. In this remote position you will have the freedom to work from home.

We will provide you with complete direction and freedom at the same time when crafting new features.

You will receive access to GitHub and we'll provide you with all the assets you need to boot up your local dev environment on our Docker container. We bake Docker into all of our projects.

Create a branch and build your feature, when you're done you'll open a pull request and a lead development will review and accept your work into the project.

You will have no pressure to work on things after hours. We do not prioritize everything, we just provide you with a list of features that need to be completed and you get to choose what you want to work on next.

**Who We're Looking For**

The development who will fill this position will possess the following skills:

- Have a resourceful mindset for finding the answers to problems and questions they have.
- A self starter, that will take control of managing themselves throughout the day.
- Somebody who is a great communicator, a people-person who is empathetic and understanding, yet willing to ask questions.
- You will have experience as a developer and be comfortable working with Laravel.
- You will need to speak Spanish, or Portuguese and will definitely speak fluent English.

Pay: ₡530,000.00 - ₡3,000,000.00 per month
