**You are responsible for**
Basic understanding of product functionality.
- Mold setup activities, clean the molds and basic troubleshooting of molding equipment to keep molding injection processes running to complete work orders.

Start-Up, operate thermoplastic and LSR injection molding machines, all auxiliary equipment, and processes in order to produce molded finished goods.
- Assure compliance with appropriate Environmental, Health and Safety practices
- Gives support in product and process renewal.
- Train other Molding Operators on production-related processes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to determine root cause of defects in the mold, machine and the molded parts
- Provide day-to-day tasks in support of Manufacturing Engineer or Manager.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Middle knowledge levels of plastic and silicone transformation technical skill sets and abilities to perform specialized manufacturing processes
- Routine cleaning of machinery, tooling and general housekeeping/6S work areas.
- Support to the engineering department in task development
- Ensure inventory control of tools and accessories to perform their work.
