**Job Description**:
Plan and oversee the daily operations of the US Benefits Service Center ensuring goals and objectives are achieved.
Responsibilities:

- Develop, manage and maintain benefit operational procedures and practices.
- Analyze and maintain all Service Level Agreements; implement improvement plans as needed.
- Resolve escalated cases raised by supervisors.
- Build analytics to ensure key stakeholders have insight on performance.
- Act as a consultant to supervisors and staff regarding policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports to ensure consistent administration of company policies and standards; define and implement any corrective actions needed to meet operational performance.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports to review individual performance, the performance of their team and offer on-going developmental coaching.
- Create a positive work environment through employee engagement; resolve employee relation issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ year experience with People Operations and US Benefits or similar roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and analyze large data sets and present recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent leadership and planning skills
- Strict adherence to Health Insurance Privacy and Accountability Act
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- At least 1 year at Concentrix and current role
- No Disciplinary Action (DA) issued in the past 3 months
- Good attendance and performance record (Meeting KPI´s or objectives for the past 3 months)
- English level of 90% or above
- Experience working with US Benefits (must)
