**About the role**:
Working as part of the RTR team, the role will provide support to the operational team and the business partners within Americas region from the share service in San Jose Costa Rica.
He/she will be responsible for keeping the quality of the information, follow ups and report to the RTR Manager.
Also responsible for identification and implementation of process improvements throughout when possible.
The position has a strong exposure within the group as this is related with the CFOs
Knowledge in SAP/CREST is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervises the accomplishment of specific RTR indicators.
- Oversees that all Accounting processes are in accordance with company policies procedures and IFRS.
- Reviews accounting items.
- Reviews reconciliations, accounting entries and other accounting processes performed by the staff.
- Keeps confidentiality of information, and be responsible of managing correctly confidential information, using proper labeling when necessary.
- Performs other duties and work on special projects as assigned.
- Ensures the execution of daily performance dialogues in his/her team KPI Reporting to Management and Business Partners.
- Responsible for process coordination with the countries.
- Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with team members.
- Ensures Audit and Corporate Compliance of processes assigned to his/her team must have excellent communication skills.
- Ensures that any follow up will be complete as required by the CFO and RTR Management.
- Ensures daily resource planning (capacity management)
- People development through active leadership
**Desired**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Experience in accounting processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, or Business or about to finish the career.
- Knowledge of ERP SAP and CREST (optional).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- English language is required. (Read, Written, Oral advance level).
- Willing to learn and or preferred with leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willing to work under pressure and used to accomplish with deadlines.
