The Site Accountant Analyst is a results-oriented professional with validated experience working with the full accounting cycle and compliance report for local and corporate purposes.

**What you’ll do**
- Responsible for Accounts Payable process end to end (book invoices, validate compliances requirement, match PO's, book prepayments) and perform accounts reconciliations
- Perform monthly journal entries related to intercompany, accruals, benefits, reclassifications between accounts, prepaids and other as required.
- Support financial statements process (documentation required, details of accounts)
- Support travel and expense process (review and book expense reports, credit cards reconciliations, prepaids and adjustments required)
- Analyze accounting records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and conformance to established standards
- Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting function, ensuring such improvements are incorporated in the work routine

**What experience you need**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 2-3 years of experience with the full accounting cycle ( AP, GL, fixed assets & T&E) audit or compliance consultant
- 2-3 years excel experience or Google sheets
- B2 English skills

- Experience preparing tax and PROCOMER forms
- Familiar with Oracle ERP and Concur
- You focus on details and have excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- You are flexible and change your priorities and effectively balance quality and speed to deliver expected results
- Ability to communicate and work with all levels of internal management and external vendors to complete assignments
- Detailed oriented, problem solving skills, motivated and self-driven
