Actividades a realizar:
To coordinate with the operative controller the monthly Intercompany billing fees and WIP Recharges per countries under scope.

To review JR controller billing calculations, analyze and escalate with the agencies in order request the Intercompany PO, solve the higher query the agencies may have. - If necessary will execute billing calculations as a backup support
- To execute in a monthly basis the closing process, maintain the General ledger reviewing and preparing journals entries and accruals if need IT, execute the required analysis and prepare the requested Corporate Deliverable, coordinate in order to deliver on time and with the quality expected of the reporting.

To execute and support the Local MD or Controller on the financial scenarios process, based on corporate calendar, ensure to deliver on time and with the quality expected on the reporting, analysis and corporate deliverables for the entities under scope and as a regional support. This could include the follow up action plans and open items or suggestions for the deviations or targets requested by Groupe.

To execute PO administration to ensure correct invoice posting, payments on time to avoid any service cut, review

vendors accounts in order to clean or solve open items either with the Vendor or the AP Team, based on the monthly revision suggest the accruals based on the POs for MEC.

To review and support JR analysist with the Fixed Assets revision to ensure correct posting, review accounts in order to clean or solve open items with either the Vendor, AP Team or FA Team and suggest any reallocation required based on analysis.

To support and provide assistant as need IT for the FP&A EEUU Controlling Supervisor or Country Controller, that might include additionally analysis for entities under scope.

Provide information to Internal and External Auditors -if need IT
- Perform any other duty or responsibility assigned by the direct Supervisor/Manager or due to management requirements (Ad hoc analysis and similar).

Analyze processes under scope and identify improvement to obtain better ways to execute the operations.
