We’re searching for a Credit Analyst with proven experience and ability to evaluate clients' credit data to determine risks involved in lending money. The role will be within the Monifai unit and will be based in Costa Rica.

Monifai is an emerging market leader, providing secure digital financial solutions to help people grow and thrive. As the first cash-free certified fintech in Costa Rica, we are expanding our access to capital to new markets in Costa Rica and across Latam.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ingresar, actualizar y recuperar información para solicitudes de crédito, asegurándose de que todas las solicitudes aprobadas cumplan con los criterios de la empresa y del prestamista.
- Determinar la solvencia crediticia de los solicitantes, designando el grado de riesgo involucrado en la concesión de crédito.
- Ejecutar el proceso de préstamos firmados.
- Ejecutar el proceso de archivo y custodia de los préstamos ejecutados.
- Responsable de agregar y mantener la información del seguro para cada préstamo firmado.
- Mantenimiento de sistemas informáticos.
- Determine credit worthiness of applicants, designating the degree of risk involved in extending credit.
- Execute the loans signed process.
- Run the archiving process and custody of the loans executed.
- Responsible for adding and keeping insurance information for each loan signed.
- IT System maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Estudiante de Administración de Empresas, ingeniería industrial o carreras afines es un plus.
- Conocimientos en el uso de herramientas Office.
- Debe estar orientado al cliente con buenas habilidades de planificación.
- Más de 1 año de experiência en puestos similares.
- Inglés básico oral y escrito es un plus.
- Student of Business Administration, industrial engineering, or similar careers is a plus.
- Knowledge of using Office tools.
- Should be customer oriented with good planning skills.
- More than 1 year of experience in similar positions.
- Basic spoken and written English is a plus.
