1. Asiste a las reuniones del Departamento.
- 2. Realizar los entrenamientos de ATMS asignados en el período de tiempo establecido.
- 3. Cumplir lo indicado en el procedimiento de Ingreso a Áreas limpias.
- 4. Mantener el orden y lo estipulado en las 5S's del área.

5.Realizar el passdown para el siguiente turno siempre que se requiera.

6. Asegurarse que el siguiente turno se encuentre el área limpia y ordenada.

7. Brindar apoyo a cualquier otra actividad requerida para la continuidad del negocio.

Actividades Específicas por área:
RECIBO:
1. Realizar el Recibo de Materiales, Componentes, Suministros, Equipos o lo que se requiera, según el procedimiento definido.

2.Realizar el Ingreso en el Sistema de Información y escalar cualquier diferencia y/o inconveniente que no permita completar el recibo.

3. Mantener el área en orden, cumpliendo lo requerido en los procedimientos. 4. Brindar el servicio al cliente requerido del área de recibo.

Warehouse / QB 12:
1. Almacenar los materiales y/o Producto Terminado en los rack, siguiendo el orden establecido y los procedimientos asociados.

2. Bajar y alistar el material y/o suministros según prioridades siguiendo los procedimientos.

3. Alistar el pedido de limpieza.

4. Etiquetar los materiales que baje a los carros para QB12.

5. Realizar los movimientos de material y/o suministros en el sistema de Información definido.

6. Mantener el área en orden, cumpliendo lo requerido en los procedimientos.

7. Entregar los MRO's solicitados por Ingeniería y hacer el registro de la entrega en el Sistema de Información requerido.

MH de línea / Criblet:
1. Alistar y entregar el material y/o suministro solicitado según lo indicado en el picklist.

2. Hacer las cargas en el Sistema de Información a las Órdenes de Producción y/o Centro de Costo que corresponda.

3. Revisar las entregas y cargas de suministros según lo estipulado para cada línea o estación.

4. Entregar el material y/o suministro, adicional o para pruebas requerido por las líneas, siempre en cumplimiento con los procedimientos del área.

5. Realizar el proceso correcto de cuarentena según el procedimiento.

6. Mantener el orden en los carros, bines y/o jaulas (según sea el caso). No permitir mezcla de materiales o lotes.

Boxing:
1. Realizar el empaque de los productos finales basado en los procedimientos del área.

2. Asegurarse que la información en SAP, ELHR y físicamente coincidan.

3. Realizar desempaques requeridos por el área de calidad.

4. Brindar el servicio al cliente requerido por parte de las líneas de producción.

5. Mantener el punto de reorden en los materiales requeridos para el empaque del turno en curso y siguiente turno.

6. Reportar cualquier anomalía encontrada durante el proceso de empaque al Core team en curso.

7. Brindar soporte en el entrenamiento de tareas básicas en el area de Boxing.

Shipping

1. Alistar el material de exportación basado en los requerimientos del equipo de planeación.

2. Coordinar en conjunto con el especialista de exportación las recolecciones de la carga.

3. Realizar movimientos de inventarios en SAP.

4. Asegurar la integridad de los datos en los formularios (SAP vs físico)

5. Despachar los camiones referente a las exportaciones.

6. Realizar inventarios de los suministros requeridos para el área.

7. Asegurarse de mantener las condiciones seguras en el área / Notificar cualquier anomalía ante EHS.

8. Guiar a los nuevos colaboradores del área en tareas básicas para la exportación.

9. Brindar el soporte para el muestreo basado en los requerimientos de calidad.

10. Brindar soporte en cualquier actividad requerida para la continuidad del negocio.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Bachillerato de Secundaria o equivalente.

Secundaria Académica o Técnica completa.

Experience/Background Experience Experience Details

0-1 años : En tareas relacionadas con Almacén preferiblemente en empresa Médica o conocimiento previo en los Productos de Vascular.

Language Proficiency Basic English level

- Entrenamiento en BPM.
- Conocimiento básico de SAP
- Conocimiento básico de Microsoft Office
- Licencia D3 (para trabajar en WH)
