**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- This role includes process of Product Technical Complaint Cases, including receiving of complaints, entering into internal IT Tool, processing and final closing.
- Assign appropriate initial risk classification after review of all relevant case information.
- Support the sample handling and reimbursement process.
- Create letters to complainants and 3rd party companies.
- Maintain interfaces and communication with internal and external call centers, manufacturing sites, Country Quality Units and complainants to obtain complete case information and investigate thoroughly.
- Ensures an appropriate documentation, archiving and record-keeping process in compliance with applicable regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborates with local Bayer QA function and other functions regarding Product technical complaints handling. e.g. pharmacovigilance, logistics and etc.
- Prepare and present KPI reports to senior management during routine and ad-hoc Management Review meetings Identify best practices, continuous improvement and efficiencies relating to processes, SOPs, guiding documents, training and technology.
- Provide support in escalation management and problem solution.
- Coordinates and perform trainings as needed, e.g. continuous training of SSC staff and new departmental employees.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics or related fields.
- 2 to 3 years of experience on quality, compliance, manufacturing, or related roles.
- English level at least B2 written and spoken.
- Portuguese (desired).
- Lean Six Sigma experience, certification is desired.
- Ability to manage complex situations and escalation needs within a team.
- High Customer Focus.
