Job summary
The IMDb TV team is shaping the future of digital video entertainment. Our mission is to build earth’s most customer-centric ad supported premium free video service and make it trivially easy for hundreds of millions of customers to enjoy. To help us achieve this vision we are searching for Production Designer to join our Marketing and Design Team.

In this role, you will be fully supporting IMDb TV’s digital advertising experiences for third party content and Originals campaigns, which include Amazon marketing platforms, video game systems, mobile, smart TVs, etc. You will work closely with creative and marketing teams to create and bring ideas to life to help drive new streaming experiences.

Key job responsibilities
Understand design principles that help drive successful design.

Support the Creative team in production activities, including creating layouts/templates, building digital assets across channels, retouching or image compression.

Translate design key arts into clean, optimized, cohesive and accurate web-ready files.

Communicate design rational in a clear, respectful, and open manner to creative team and marketing stakeholders.

Work within a continuous improvement operating model with the ability to identify and facilitate improvements and efficiencies across production work and processes.

Create customer-centric designs by integrating marketing objectives, target audience and creative assets into a streaming service designs.

A day in the life
Design marketing graphics for branded campaigns, third party titles, and IMDb TV Originals titles.

Collaborate with our internal Design team and Marketing team, developing creative solutions to our day-to-day design challenges.

Craft high level creative solutions that solve business needs, think across platforms, and create tailored content across channels.

Knowledge of UX/UI Design

Knowledge of design, production, and marketing terminology

Familiarity working within established brand guidelines

Self-starter with Bias for action who is a customer-obsessed and enthusiastic team player.

Ability to problem solve, support, and collaborate with other team members effectively

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field

Knowledge of Sketch and Figma is a plus
