**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Experienced - Non-Management Level

**FUNCTION**: DBS - GBS Finance

**SALARY RANGE**:Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits + Market Leading Bonus

**LOCATION**:Heredia, Costa Rica

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

**Reports to**:R2R Finance Associate

**Reporting Level**:Junior Level

**Geographic Scope**:USA

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Review financial statements for actual/planning reporting.
- Review and approve weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate Bi-Annual forecast planning cycles and financial reviews.
- Coordinate Bi-Annual /half year/full year reporting cycles and financial reviews.
- Promote standardization, automation and simplification of processes which fall within the boundaries of the Planning & Reporting area.
- Review and provide accurate and timely monthly variance data and root cause analysis for volume, revenue and cost of sales.
- Manage ad-hoc projects as required.
- Engage with different stakeholders.

**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- Do you have previous experience working in a Shared Services industry or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods environment?
- Do you have strong knowledge of finance and English language?

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields.
- Proven experience as a senior finance analyst or similar roles with at least 3 years of work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ / C1).
- High proficiency and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
- Working knowledge of accounting and planning software, such as SAP.
- Solid skills in time management, prioritization and problem solving.
- A self-starter individual who can work with strong attention to details with ability to spot numerical errors.
- Excellent organization and communication skills with rational decision making and problem-solving abilities are essential.
