**OBJETIVO DE LA POSICION**:
Asegurar la implementación de proyectos de transferencia de planta desde la perspectiva de Supply Chain, con el fin de cumplir las fechas comprometidas en los proyectos asignados y asegurar una transición transparente para el proceso productivo.
**Esta posición no tiene responsabilidad de supervisión, sin embargo, es posible que deba coordinar labores con personal del área.**

- Administrar y coordinar los recursos requeridos en supply chain con la finalidad de garantizar las metas establecidas para Supply Chain en los proyectos de transferencias.

- Coordinar con los Líderes Funcionales de las áreas de Supply Chain Management de Costa Rica la asignación de los recursos necesarios para ejecutar el plan de proyecto definido.

- Ejecutar todas las acciones que se deriven de las necesidades del proyecto de parte de las áreas funcionales de Supply Chain, solicitar la ayuda respectiva cuando sea necesario.

- Comunicar de manera adecuada y oportuna la información relacionada a los proyectos de transferencia para mantener informados a los líderes de las áreas funcionales de Supply Chain y el director del área, proponer y definir el mecanismo adecuado con sus respectivos Indicadores de gestión.

- Asegurar el cumplimiento oportuno de los objetivos de Supply Chain en los proyectos de transferencia y colaborar en la correcta ejecución y cumplimiento de los objetivos del área.

- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos corporativos y legales de EHS, mediante el acatamiento de la política y los procedimientos internos. Así mismo, garantizar el cumplimiento mediante la adopción de estrategias, controles internos comunicación y entrenamientos necesarios.

- Mejorar continuamente los resultados de EHS a través del compromiso y la participación activa en todas las iniciativas relacionadas con EHS.

- Todas las demás funciones inherentes al cargo y aquellas asignadas por su jefe inmediato.

**HABILIDADES ESENCIALES**:
Bachillerato en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.
Experiência de al menos 5 años en contribución a proyectos de transferencia y Supply Chain.
Conocimiento del idioma inglés, nível B2, Marco Común Europeo.
Conocimiento demostrado en Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad/regulados (GMP, QSR, FDA, ISO, CAPA, Control de Diseño) (Deseable).
Conocimiento del sistema SAP (Deseable).
**Otras habilidades profesionales**:
- Capacidad de interactuar y comunicarse efectivamente con “Key Stakeholders” de diferentes áreas funcionales y níveles jerárquicos de la organización local y corporativo.
- Disponibilidad para viajar fuera del país, VISA americana al día. (Deseable).
- Certificación de Administración de Proyectos (Deseable).
