**Job Description**:
The role works with senior leaders, communications teams, and key stakeholders to take a concept and turn it into a visual masterpiece. The incumbent will use graphic design skills and possess an eye for page layout to focus on effectively sharing ideas or strategic initiatives with diverse audiences. The incumbent will be expected to turn complex concepts into simple visuals and to transform text heavy content into simple, aesthetically pleasing slides that are in line with brand guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Experienced Designer, ideally with Marketing experience, an Arts & Design Background, and/or professional writing and editing experience
- Minimum 5+ years of PowerPoint experience in a corporate context creating presentations which translate strategic concepts and ideas into compelling visual representations
- Experience must include regular use of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint

State desirable vocational/professional certification or degree.
- Experience in the Information Technology field or industry is a plus

What special skills/training is needed to perform the job?
- Expert level experience with Microsoft PowerPoint
- The ability to design high-quality slide layouts and native PowerPoint infographics
- Excellent layout, graphic communication, and design skills
- Familiar with other software programs for editing and / or creating documents such as Adobe PDF & Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop as examples)
- Skilled presentation developer/designer with excellent attention to detail and the technical know-how to maximize Microsoft PowerPoint's functions
- Experience working on large scale projects, business transformation initiatives, or high-level strategy projects
- Knack for identifying and understanding how people view and understand content
- Ability to understand marketing strategy as well as copy/design integration
- Ability to handle multiple projects within strict deadlines for multiple parties
- Knowledge and experience with branding and working with brand standards
- Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of management and staff
- Critical thinking talents
