Job DescriptionRole
As a ServiceNow developer, your primary focus will involve creating scoped applications that facilitate seamless integration between ServiceNow and various enterprise systems. You will play a vital role in introducing new modules, supporting enhancements, and building integrations that optimize both new and existing platform APIs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop scoped applications utilizing the full functionality of the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement and support integration of third-party systems with ServiceNow, including MID server, web services (REST), and SSH actions.
- Establish and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and external services.
- Take the lead in exploring how ServiceNow can effectively integrate with emerging and current technologies.
Qualifications for Success:
- Over 4 years of practical experience in developing, configuring, implementing, and supporting both production and non-production ServiceNow instances.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Thorough understanding of ITIL and ITSM disciplines.
- ServiceNow Application Developer and System Administrator Certifications are a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in API utilization and management.
- Knowledge of infrastructure services encompassing servers, storage, network, security, and cloud.
