This role involves significant responsibility over technical strategy within a sub-function, including staff management and resource allocation.

Procurement and Third Party Management (TPM) Organization:The TPM Organization at Citi manages risks associated with third-party relationships and outsourcing arrangements across all business lines and locations. They define and oversee policies and standards to assess and control these risks and support the selection and management of third parties to ensure safe and cost-effective products and services.
Job Overview:- Lead a team of TPM risk professionals overseeing engagement with In-Business Operational Risk teams
- Collaborate with Procurement Managers, Business stakeholders, and Defense organizations on TPM Risk & Control initiatives
- Manage Alternate Control Framework (ACF) Governance across all categories and support program initiatives
- Monitor Key Indicators and engage in risk-reduction actions
- Ensure robust risk monitoring practices and reporting processes
- Develop management reporting capabilities for third party risk management
- Drive adherence to policy requirements and process optimization
- Provide guidance on TPM Policy & Standards to business partners
- Participate in Business, Risk, and Regulatory forums as necessary
- Support updates and reviews with Independent Operational Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Regulators
- 10+ years of experience in Third-Party Management within financial services
- 5+ years of team management experience in a global environment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Citi's business lines
- Demonstrated ability to deliver strong results with execution skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, planning, and organizing skills
- Integrity, objectivity, and commitment to excellence
- Bachelor's/University degree required, Master's degree preferred
