POSITION SUMMARY

Conduct investigations and gather evidence related to theft/fraud or lost items, noise complaints, assault complaints, food poisoning complaints, and other guest incidents. Interview relevant parties to obtain statements and information about incidents. Assist and notify manager/supervisor, local police, or other appropriate individuals in cases of accidents, attacks, or incidents. Complete incident reports to document all Security/Loss Prevention related incidents like theft, accidents, physical hazards, and fire alarms. Manage business interruptions and complaints regarding suspicious individuals, civil disturbances, noise complaints, intoxicated persons, etc. Escort unwelcome individuals off the property without disrupting operations. Address guest or employee disturbances/altercations, including involving authorities if necessary and documenting incidents.

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
