Job Description

Administrar de manera eficiente los recursos, control del producto e implementación de mejoras, agregando valor en todos los procesos de producción, según los estándares, las regulaciones de calidad y seguridad definidas por la compañía, para lograr el cumplimiento de las metas y objetivos establecidos para el área de manufactura.

Esta posición si puede tener responsabilidad por supervisión de personal de Manufactura.

  • Colaborar en el control del producto en proceso en todas las líneas de producción a cargo, a fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de prioridades e identificar posibles restricciones.
  • Asegurar los resultados de la línea de producción con el fin de controlar el cumplimiento del Plan de Producción.
  • Evaluar e implementar cambios en los procedimientos, catálogos, First Article, First Shipment First Article, entre otras oportunidades de mejora en el proceso productivo para asegurar que se lleven a cabo de manera ágil y adecuada para lograr reducción de costos operativos.
  • Actuar como SME de las líneas de producción a cargo, clarificando procedimientos, técnicas y procesos para asegurar la correcta ejecución de tareas dentro de la línea de producción, así como el soporte a proyectos.
  • Brindar soporte en el manejo de la capacidad de producción a fin de acordar los compromisos de producción con el departamento de logística.
  • Dar soporte durante los procesos de auditorías externas o internas que se requieran por el ente regulador, actuando como SME de las áreas a cargo.
  • Liderazgo dentro de iniciativas de mejora del Departamento, tales como SWAT, Operating Supplies y cualquier otro que responda a los objetivos planteados por la compañía. Liderando equipos de mejora y alcanzando las metas propuestas por el departamento.
  • En caso de presentarse desviaciones a los procedimientos en las áreas a cargo, debe de investigar el evento e identificar acciones preventivas y correctivas con el fin de que se elimine la causa raíz de estas.
  • Velar por la disposición del material retenido a tiempo de acuerdo con el sistema de calidad de la compañía, velando siempre por asegurar la calidad del producto y el manejo prudente de recursos.
  • Brindar soporte en Recursos Humanos con el fin de contribuir en procesos de inducción, cambios de puesto, entre otros casos que se presenten en el área a cargo.
  • Velar por la motivación de los colaboradores a su cargo asegurando que se refuerzan y reconocen oportunamente, de manera formal e informal, los comportamientos que promueve la cultura Abbvie.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos corporativos y legales de EHS, mediante el acatamiento de la política y los procedimientos internos. Así mismo, garantizar el cumplimiento mediante la adopción de estrategias, controles internos comunicación y entrenamientos necesarios.
  • Ejecutar, todas las demás funciones inherentes al cargo y aquellas asignadas por el jefe inmediato, con el fin de aprovechar los recursos del área de la mejor manera.

Qualifications

  • Bachiller en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Producción Industrial, Ingeniería Química o Química Industrial.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia de al menos 2 años en industria médica.
  • Experiencia de al menos 2 años en manejo de personal en un ambiente de manufactura.

Deseable

  • Experiencia de al menos 1 años en el área de calidad
  • Inicio de estudios de Maestría en énfasis afines a Manufactura
